刘斌，厦门大学管理公司副教授，香港中文大学战略管理专业博士生（Ph.D.）、工商管理硕士(M.B.A.)，曾在牛津大学与新加坡国立大学访学交流，获得厦门市高层次人才、厦门市高层次留学人才，福建省高层次人才，厦门大学南强人才称号。研究领域为家族企业，公司治理以及国际商务等。先后在国内外权威期刊上发表论文20逾篇，获得多个学术奖项。现担任《管理学研究》、《Asian Business and Management》和《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》(APJM)编委，《Management and Organization Review》（MOR）和《Journal of International Management》特刊编辑，APJM审稿编辑(Reviewing Editor)，MOR资深编辑(Senior Editor)，国际商务学会（AIB）新兴市场研究专业委员会（Emerging Markets Shared Interest Group）委员。
内容简介：
本次分享结合报告人个人的论文发表经历和一些现场练习互动，主要讲述什么不是理论，如何寻找有趣的研究议题，引言的写作技巧和如何回应审稿人的意见。
The presentation will share the speaker's own experience in academic paper publishing and use some interactive exercises to illustrate some techniques for writing an introduction. It will cover topics such as clarifying what theory is not, how to find interesting research topics, how to write an introduction, and how to respond to reviewers' comments.
